RETURN POLICY
At THE LOUD LABEL, we take pride in the care and attention given to every stage of our process — from design to production and packaging. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned:
- In their original condition
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
All approved returns are issued exclusively as store credit (voucher), which can be used on any future purchase.
Please allow up to 30 days for store credit to be processed after the returned item has been received and approved following inspection.
Returned items must meet our condition standards. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be accepted.
SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and carrier rates and are non-refundable.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Once an order has been delivered, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer. THE LOUD LABEL is not liable for damage or deterioration resulting from improper use, handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
