SHIPPING POLICY
At THE LOUD LABEL, our priority is you. We work hard to make sure your order is delivered securely and within the expected timeframe, while keeping our shipping process clear and dependable. We recommend reviewing the information below before completing your purchase so you know exactly what to expect.
ORDER PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve successfully received it.
Once your order has been shipped, a second email will be sent including:
- Your tracking number
- The shipping carrier
- An estimated delivery date
If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam or junk folder.
Processing time:
We operate on a drop and pre-sale basis, meaning every item is produced on demand. This allows us to reduce waste and create more intentionally.
Please allow one week for production before dispatch.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use it to follow your shipment directly through the courier’s tracking system.
TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We suggest checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid unexpected fees.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes happen due to circumstances outside our control, such as weather, customs processing, or peak periods.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days before reaching out to customer support.
